Kiski Valley Cat & Kitten Rescue, Inc.

PO Box 19
Pennsylvania
15613
rgazarik@hotmail.com
Kiski Valley Cat & Kitten Rescue was established in 2000. We are dedicated to the prevention of cruelty and neglect towards cats by providing shelter to homeless cats until we can find them permanent homes of their own. Necessary veterinary treatment, including spaying, neutering, Distemper, and Rabies vaccinations are obtained for them. Euthanasia is not considered unless a cat is gravely ill and it needs to be done to prevent or end the cat's suffering.  The shelter runs solely on the help of volunteers and donations.  We do this because we love cats and want to do as much as we can for them.

The Humane Society of McCormick County, Inc.

South Carolina

info@hsmcsc.org(864) 391-2349
The Humane Society of McCormick County is a no-kill animal rescue. We pick up homeless cats and dogs in McCormick County and help them find loving homes. We offer low-cost spay and neuter to any cat or dog in the County and we a have a progressive trap - neuter or spay -and return (TNR) program and we monitor and feed several community cat colonies every day. We are 100% funded by private donations, grants and money raised through fundraising activities. All money raised goes to helping animals because we are all volunteers. The county does not have a city or county-run shelter. We are all our county has for help with homeless cats and dogs. We care for the dogs and cats that would otherwise have no other place to go.

Feline Network of the Central Coast

San Luis Obispo
California
93406
info@felinenetwork.org(805) 549-9228
Feline Network does not have a shelter, we are a rescue nonprofit, humane organization, ALL Volunteers- no paid staff. All the funds needed to maintain our network come from donations. We are dedicated to spaying/neutering, care, rescue, and adoption of cats and kittens in San Luis Obispo County. We have a feral cat program and advocate Trap Neuter Return. This is a free service. This helps our community by reducing the birth rate and allows cats to live out their lives in healthy, managed colonies. We also provide food for the feral cats. We rescue cats and kittens and place them in foster homes where there physical and medical needs are met. As you can imagine, kittens require lots of time, effort, and endless supplies. It’s an ongoing challenge and we always need help to pay for food, medical supplies, and neutering costs.

NYC Teens for Animals Inc

New York

nycteensforanimals@gmail.com
I started NYC Teens for Animals when I was 12 years old as a way to inspire people to volunteer for rescues. As a volunteer myself, I wanted to post the animals I worked with through photography and videos to help them find homes and to raise money for their veterinary care. NYC Teens for Animals Inc is now a small, foster-based non-profit organization. My goals remain the same - to get homeless animals adopted into loving families. We raise money for vet care, which is our first priority. We also encourage people to learn about TNR (Trap, Neuter, Release) to ensure that community cats lead healthier lives and to curb overpopulation.
