Fur Babies Rescue is a no-kill animal rescue group located in Hickory, NC, in the Western Piedmont area. We are a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit and place between 50 and 100 cats and dogs into permanent homes each year. A donor gave us a wonderful gift of a 5 unit rental property that we are upgrading over the next 18 months and then most of the rental income will cover spay/neuter for our rescues and low income family pets. We are in the process of formally adding dogs to our program now. We have been referring most dogs to a local dog rescue that closed last week and that will increase our work with dogs.

Friends of Eden Animal Rescue is a recognized, 501C3 non-profit dedicated to animal rescue in the City of Eden, Rocking-ham County and surrounding North Carolina communities. We take unwanted, abandoned, abused, stray and surrendered dogs and cats from death row and work to find suitable, permanent loving home for them. We offer pet food and supplies to families in need and provide financial assistance for spay/neuter. Friends was created by and is run by a small, but mighty group of volunteers. Our Rescue is funded by donations, through fundraising events such as the Charity Golf Tournament, and adoption fees. Adoption fees are less than half of the cost of the significant expense involved in rescue, which includes housing, feeding, veterinary care, vaccinations, spay/neuter, training and more.

We pull dogs from euthansia list. We take the more diffucult dogs due to temperament, medical and we send them to training camp or rehabilitate medical dogs as well, anti social we work with them to socialize them

We are a foster based rescue out of Bonifay, Florida. We specialize in small breed pups and FELV kitties.

We are a dog rescue that rescues dogs that are strays, or owner surrenders or shelter saves because we believe in giving them a doggone chance. We are a small but mighty organization and my husband and I operate most of the organization. We work full time in Real Estate and Rescue is our passion so we tagged it Real Estate and Rescue!

Founded in 2021, Unforgettable Paws Animal Rescue is a registered Animal Rescue Service run by and for its members. Based in central Florida, we strive to be the voice of the lost paws everywhere. Our team and volunteers work tirelessly to save lives and promote animal welfare. Our goal is to find forever homes for our fur companions who have had a rough go at life. We aim to achieve this goal through animal rescue, adoption, foster programs, and volunteer activities. We put forth a great focus towards educating the communication on overpopulation and the importance of animal rescue on lowering the euthanasia rate in the country. ​ Although we are an animal rescue, Unforgettable Paws also aims to aid our two legged friends too. We have a special place in our hearts for war veterans and individuals with autism and would love for members of those communities to be paired with an animal that will change their life. ​ Our adoptions are a life-long companionship agreement. Our rescue is a life-long family. Paws that were once lost will join our rescue and never be forgotten again.

SFBayArea based California Chins - Chinchilla Rescue (cachins.org & chinchillarescue.org) is a very small "no-kill" rescue group founded and run by California Chins, a 501(c)3 organization founded in 1998.Our goal is to provide information to people interested in chinchillas, adopting chinchillas as well as, a safe place for chinchillas who needs a new home. Many chinchillas are being lost, abandoned or surrendered by owners no longer able to care for them. We take care of their physical and emotional needs so that they may find happy, loving, forever homes.

Serving pets & families in NWA since 1946 Since 1946 The Humane Society of the Ozarks (HSO) has been serving the people and animals of Northwest Arkansas. Outreach & Community Our Outreach Program provides financial assistance to individuals who would otherwise be unable to provide veterinary care for their pets in emergency situations. Adopting pets Our cruelty investigations & removal of animals from abusive, neglectful & hoarding situations allows us to rescue animals who have been subjected to horrific conditions, provide them with the necessary veterinary care & rehabilitate them physically, socially & emotionally with the sole goal of having them move into safe, secure & loving forever homes.

We focus on reservations in South Dakota to help with the pet population. We also provide community outreach for those that cannot afford to spay and neuter their animals. KFR is composed of a passionate group of animal lovers in our community that came together to form “Kate’s Furreka Rescue”, a group dedicated to helping improve the welfare and safety of animals in our community. Last year we fostered over 300 dogs and adopted out 270. We are committed to assisting our local shelter with saving animals, to educating our community about the importance of spay and neutering for their pets, and to assisting families who need a helping hand from the community to keep their pets at home instead of surrendering them to the shelter.

We are Bedford County Animal Control, we serve the Bedford county area. We have a shelter in our facility, we deal with mainly dogs and cats.

Who We Are Appalachian Animal Rescue Center is a not-for-profit, 501(c) 3, no-kill humane society located in western North Carolina. We save senior dogs and dogs at risk of being killed. We get them the necessary care they need before they are placed for adoption

We are a group of women who have worked in the rescue field for over 2 decades. We wanted to save the dogs that other rescues turn down. The injured dogs, the Hw positive dogs, the dogs no one wants. The communities we save dogs from are overrun with unwanted, abandoned and neglected dogs. The shelters we save from are kill shelters. Dogs have a few days before they are euthanized for space.

Founded in 2007, Paws for Life Rescue (PFL) is a 501(c)3, tax-exempt, non-profit animal welfare organization run by a group of hardworking, dedicated volunteers. Paws for Life is a 5-star certified, all-breed dog and cat rescue, located in southeast Michigan. Also a top-rated nonprofit, PFL has the highest rating, platinum status, from GuideStar. PFL rescues homeless, neglected, abused and abandoned dogs, cats, puppies and kittens from overflowing shelters in southeast Michigan. PFL does not believe that time or money are acceptable reasons to end a life, ever. PFL uses a network of loving foster care homes where animals stay until their forever homes are found. PFL’s goal is to find the best match possible for the homeless pets in our care. PFL operates under the philosophies of Do No Harm, the Five Freedoms, force-free and fear-free, no breed discrimination - every animal is an individual, and no barriers, no roadblocks to finding every pet a home. PFL has no paid staff and receives no government support. Every penny donated goes directly to the animals in our care, paying vet bills and purchasing needed supplies. In addition to rescue, PFL devotes resources to numerous local and national humane campaigns, such as Save Them All, End Dogfighting, Community Cat TNR and Eliminating Puppy Mills, as well as participation in community and national Disaster Animal Response Teams. ​ Paws for Life is also a proud member of Michigan Pet Alliance, the state's only association for animal welfare organizations, people who care about pets and pet owners.

Smelly Cat Rescue saves the lives of cats and kittens, especially the outdoor smelly ones, through rescue, adoption, spay/neuter services and community programs.
