Feline Canopy of Care, Inc. is an all volunteer, foster based, non-profit organization (501 3c) dedicated to ending the suffering of abandoned cats and kittens. We promote the spay and neuter of animals over euthanasia to effectively manage overpopulation. We educate the public and provide resources so that the best care may be provided to all animals. We are a No-Kill organization exclusively dedicated to rescuing and rehoming abandoned and stray cats and kittens. Our mission is to put an end to feline homelessness, neglect and abuse which is all too prevalent in our area.

We are Helping Hands Basset Rescue. We rescue basset hounds in the central Texas area and place them in loving forever homes.

we are a foster/home based dog rescue in the far west valley of phoenix, az. we accept dogs in need, rehab them and try to find homes for them. we do hospice for the older/special needs dogs at our home

Florence Lauderdale Animal Services is dedicated to the delivery of humane and responsive animal care and control services for our community. We receive all stray, abandoned, and surrendered pets in the City of Florence as well as Lauderdale County. We work in partnership with fosters, volunteers, local adopters, and various rescues to rehome thousands of homeless animals every year.

Our mission is clear To take responsibility for each and every orphaned, abandoned, abused or neglected dog and cat which reaches our doors; to take them in and shelter them; to provide the best medical and physical care possible for them; to nurture them back to health if need be; and finally to place them into warm, loving, adoptive homes where they can enjoy the lives they deserve.

We founded APA more than 10 years ago to start modeling more friendly, progressive animal-welfare services in our area to help our community reach our No Kill goals. We focus primarily on pulling cats/dogs at our municipal shelter vs. taking directly from the public.

Founded in 1973, Hi Tor Animal Care Center takes in over 2,000 animals each year and is the only open managed admission shelter in Rockland County.​ ​ Our Vision We envision a place of refuge for every neglected, abandoned or abused domestic and companion animal in Rockland County. Our Purpose To provide a space where adoptable animals are sheltered in comfort, safety and security; where they have a place to exercise and experience joy; and where they can know the love of our community while we seek to find them their forever homes. To deliver the highest standard of care possible while promoting responsible pet ownership through education. From shelters all over the country, Best Friends Furever is dedicated to saving dogs in need - young and old, big and small, fuzzy and clean cut. Our team discovers and subsequently visits crowded shelters to rescue dogs from euthanization and ultimately find them their furever home. These dogs have done nothing wrong. These shelters simply don’t have enough room. Our team believes in giving them a second chance by transporting them to the Pacific Northwest where the dogs are housed and cared for in a real home with Foster Families and not in a kennel. see our FB page for more info.

Animal Allies of Texas is a 501(c)(3) animal advocacy/rescue organization, dedicated to improving the quality of life in our community. Our goal is to build a no-kill shelter on enough land to house not only “adoptable” animals, but “treatable” ones as well – those who need medical care or behavior modification to become adoptable. While working toward this goal, we engage in community service and humane education projects to help bring about “humanity championed by thought.” AAT relies solely on a dedicated group of volunteers to operate. If you are interested in joining us in any capacity, you will find it a rewarding experience.

New Life Boxer Rescue is dedicated to the preservation and enhancement of the lives of Boxers who are at risk of being neglected, abused or forced to find new homes for reasons not in their control. As part of our goal of preventing cruelty to animals, the mission of New Life Boxer Rescue is to provide a safe and loving environment in foster care while we seek a new and permanent home for these Boxers. We provide medical care including but not limited to, spaying and neutering of all Boxers who come into our rescue.
