We do this by rescuing and rehabilitating dogs while equipping and enriching local communities with the educational programs, resources and hope needed to save all dogs in need. Greater California German Shepherd Rescue is a 501(c)(3) public charity non-profit. We are an all-volunteer group of German Shepherd lovers dedicated to rescuing German Shepherd Dogs from at-risk and unacceptable situations and finding them permanent, loving homes with qualified owners. We serve the communities surrounding Modesto, Merced, Greater Sacramento, and South Lake Tahoe, and occasionally parts of the North and East SF Bay area. Except for a portion of Nevada around Lake Tahoe, we don't adopt dogs out of state and rarely adopt out of our area. There are too many other German Shepherds in need of good homes in the other areas.

Hi everyone! Just as a little background on us, Sarah and Jules, we are originally from Pugh Zoo Rescue. Sarah founded Pugh Zoo and ran it from 2014 to 2019 after fostering and volunteering for other rescues for several years. Jules was one of her best fosters and volunteers during that time. Over that 5yrs span thousands of lives were saved but sadly personal issues arose which forced a closure. Two years later we have teamed up as Fairy Tails Rescue and can’t wait to save lives with the help of fans, family, friends and all those willing to join us on this journey!! <3

Foreclosed Upon Pets, Inc. (FUPI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the rescue of domesticated animals that have been abused and/or abandoned by their owners as a result of economic hardship, including home foreclosure, loss of employment, insufficient income, or death and illness. FUPI will work to further the cause of animal control through the education of the general public about the humane benefits of spay and neuter programs. FUPI will take on a leadership role in developing strategies and creating coalitions with other animal rescue organizations in order to better serve the residential and commercial sectors of the community in the fight against animal cruelty.

We are a 501c3 rescue located near Dallas, TX. We rescue pups from high kill/overcrowded shelters around the DFW area and also take in dumped dogs, strays and owner surrenders. We provide all of them with necessary veterinary care and then place them into loving foster homes until the perfect furever home is found for them (we do not have a boarding facility). We will also educate the community on the importance of spaying and neutering their animals, along with other necessary annual vaccines and monthly heartworm and flea preventatives. This will include providing low cost/no cost locations around the area that they can utilize.

Everyday Heroes Dog Rescue is a non-profit 501(c)3 foster based dog rescue in Waldwick NJ. We are run by a group of women who all love and advocate for animals. All of our directors and board members are in some way connected to the emergency services, serving in the community or being a wife, sister, daughter of someone serving. Our love for animals is what brought us all together. Everyday Heroes Dog Rescue Inc. was formed on September 11, 2018. Since opening we have helped place hundreds of dogs in their loving forever homes. We do also try to help our communities by educating about the benefits of spay and neuter, the importance of socialization of your pet as well as how important it is to give and keep up with monthly heartworm and flea and tick preventatives. I am the Director of Operations and help make the rescue run on a daily basis. I help with the available dogs being fostered, run our adoption events, post our available dogs, answer emails and phone calls and also help with our adoption team to get our dogs out to their forever homes!

My name is Yael and I rescued many dogs and cats before establishing the non profit organization. Five years ago me and some freinds worked together on establishing home based organization to help cats and dogs have a good chance in life. We expense on high level of Veterinery services and high grade food. We also invest in their mental health and create many enrichment activities to teach them to tolerate other animals, kids and disabled or elderly companions. We match them with the best home adopters from all over. Our turnover of pets is from 2 months to a year. We try to give them maximum time for rehabilta

Fur Babies Rescue is a no-kill animal rescue group located in Hickory, NC, in the Western Piedmont area. We are a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit and place between 50 and 100 cats and dogs into permanent homes each year. A donor gave us a wonderful gift of a 5 unit rental property that we are upgrading over the next 18 months and then most of the rental income will cover spay/neuter for our rescues and low income family pets. We are in the process of formally adding dogs to our program now. We have been referring most dogs to a local dog rescue that closed last week and that will increase our work with dogs.

Friends of Eden Animal Rescue is a recognized, 501C3 non-profit dedicated to animal rescue in the City of Eden, Rocking-ham County and surrounding North Carolina communities. We take unwanted, abandoned, abused, stray and surrendered dogs and cats from death row and work to find suitable, permanent loving home for them. We offer pet food and supplies to families in need and provide financial assistance for spay/neuter. Friends was created by and is run by a small, but mighty group of volunteers. Our Rescue is funded by donations, through fundraising events such as the Charity Golf Tournament, and adoption fees. Adoption fees are less than half of the cost of the significant expense involved in rescue, which includes housing, feeding, veterinary care, vaccinations, spay/neuter, training and more.

We are a foster based rescue out of Bonifay, Florida. We specialize in small breed pups and FELV kitties.
