Nerdy Paws Animal Rescue is a volunteer-based organization dedicated to saving the lives of at-risk animals abandoned in severely under-resourced shelters throughout the Eastern region of the U.S. In addition to caring for and adopting out the animals we rescue; We also collaborate, communicate, and educate the general public about the importance of animal rescue and welfare. We are working diligently towards a world where every companion animal has a safe and loving furever home.

DLRR is an all volunteer organization. I have volunteered for 7 years and held many positions in the rescue including past president. I stay involved to help the dogs.

Homes for Howlers is a non-profit, foster-based, no-kill animal rescue that offers rescue, rehabilitation, and sanctuary to animals in need. Our goal is to offer each and every one of these animals a safe, permanent and loving home.

I am the Founder of Mending Hearts Animal Rescue. We are a foster-based rescue and saving animals is a passion. We also work hard to reduce the over population by spaying and neutering all of our fosters.

i have been an animal control officer for over 20 yrs, and a wildlife rehabilitator for over 30. because of a dog i saved as an ACO is why i started my own rescue, and was the best thing i ever did, i still do animal control work part time, but my rescue is my priority, and my purpose in life.

I am a 24 year old waitress I absolutely love dogs I started doing this because about 4 years ago I discovered 2 dogs living in a wooden shack in the dead of winter the following summer I started taking in stray dogs
