Almost Home Bulldog Rescue is a non profit, charitable 501(c)3 organization based in the Maricopa County area of central Arizona. We are dedicated to the rescue of unwanted, neglected, and abandoned companion animals. Our focus is English and French bulldogs from local euthanasia lists as we recognize these animals are in the most dire condition with the highest need. We cannot save every dog but we can make a difference... one dog at a time!

Save a Stray is a new group of old hats. We are determined to enrich the lives of the shelter pets of Mobile through spay/neuter programs, shelter medicine, and training classes. Spay/neuter progams are offered to decrease the number of pets entering our shelters. Shelter medicine will be provided for pets in our shelters so healthier pets are adopted or pulled by rescue groups. We hope to increase pet adoptions and the chances of that pet becoming a family member through training classes with shelter pets and at risk youth groups.

Windmill Animal Rescue is a non-profit organization devoted to the health and safety of animals. We are a no-kill, limited intake, shelter with goals in not only saving and finding new homes for domestic animals, but expanding into Wild Animal rehab and release, and ideally into a low-cost spay / neuter option.

The Kansas Humane Society is a private, non-profit organization that receives nearly 18,000 animals each year from citizens unable or unwilling to care for them. We receive no local or state tax dollars, United Way funding, or support from the Humane Society of the United States and depend entirely on private donations and adoption fees.

Our organization has been in existence since the mid 1990's and we incorporated in 2000. We have rescued and rehomed over 4,500 Boxer dogs. We are an all volunteer organization.

Our mission at 4Life Animal Rescue is to provide care and resources to animals in need. We offer adoption, education, training, and rehabilitation services to ensure that unwanted and neglected animals are safe and receive the life-long care they require and deserve. We also promote responsible pet ownership; and offer prevention and intervention services to families afflicted by harsh economic conditions to ensure their pet(s) remain a part of the family. All animals in our care will receive any and all medical attention necessary and will not be adopted out without being spayed or neutered, given up-to-date on vaccinations, and being micro-chipped. In the event an adoption fails, or a family must surrender their pet, 4Life will always keep an open door and the animal will be taken in. 4Life is a non-profit, entirely volunteer-based organization located in Orange County California, and we rely on the generosity of our volunteers, donors, and fundraisers to operate. We fulfill our mission by collaborating with other rescues, our local shelters, veterinarians, boarding facilities, and local businesses.

We have modeled our facility and staff to treat our animals as if they are in a temporary home rather than a "shelter" like environment. We provide training, rehabilitation, and loving care for our animals and most importantly, education, advice and time to talk to the public and potential adopters. We spend the time needed to ensure all of our animals are placed in loving forever homes. OUR GOAL: To provide a humane, no-kill temporary home for our rescued animals. To ensure they will receive the best care and respect until they find their permanent homes. To work diligently for ALL of our rescued animals, as if they were our own, and find them PERMANENT, caring homes and families. To inform the public about low cost, high quality spay and neuter, as well as promote sterilization and education about pet overpopulation. To treat all dogs as DOGS regardless of breed or background! To work towards a day when there are no more homeless pets!

The purposes of Shiba Inu Rescue of Texas, Inc. are: • To rescue dogs, primarily those of the Shiba Inu breed; to assess them and place them in foster homes where their immediate needs can be met; to address all medical and training needs to the best of the Corporation's ability so that the dogs are adoptable; to place them into suitable permanent homes. • To advance and encourage the control of animal population through birth control, the Corporation will ensure that all dogs of age and adequate health are spayed/neutered prior to adoption. • To educate the public regarding responsible pet ownership. • To prevent animal cruelty by education potential adopters of the general needs of and specific breed characteristics of the rescued dogs and by matching the rescued dog with the best potential adopter available.
