Rockys Rescue

16433 Midland BLVD #101
Nampa
Idaho
83867
rockysrescue1@gmail.com
Rocky's Rescue is a non-profit volunteer based rescue group, based out of Western Idaho. We're dedicated to saving homeless and abandoned dogs from overcrowded animal shelters. We also help dogs from other areas that have compelling situations where they are in danger of abuse, neglect or euthanasia. Rocky's Rescue places dogs into temporary foster homes where they are socialized, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and treated for any medical or behavioral conditions limiting their adoptability. Rocky's Rescue also provides assistance to individuals and other animal rescue groups fostering dogs who cannot continue to care for their rescue for whatever reason. . We believe saved animals do best when placed in loving homes, and our organization is strictly foster-based. Rocky's Rescue's ultimate goal is to create a world where all companion animals have loving and permanent homes and where no good natured dogs, no matter what their age, are killed in shelters because they are considered to be surplus or un-adoptable. Save a life: adopt, foster, donate.

Husky Pack Rescue

Powder Springs
30127
Husky Pack Rescue is a non for profit (501c3) volunteer organization. It was formed to help Siberian Huskies and Siberian Husky Mixes that have been abused, neglected, abandoned, or surrendered. Our goal is to place Siberians in loving homes and to educate people about the characteristics of this wonderful, yet often misunderstood breed. But it is also to find loving homes for every dog that calls HPR their temporary home. The only way that we can accomplish these goals is with the help from the amazing volunteers that give their time with transporting and adoption events, open their homes for fostering or open their wallets for donations.

National Anatolian Shepherd Rescue Network

PO Box 2001
Arizona
85236
ASDRESCUE@GMAIL.COM
The National Anatolian Shepherd Rescue Network (NASRN) is a nationwide, 501(c)(3) recognized non-profit,organization. NASRN is dedicated to placing unwanted, displaced and abandoned Anatolian Shepherd Dogs(ASDs) into safe, caring homes. Anatolian crosses will be included in our efforts as we believe crosses not only have many of the unique needs/characteristics of purebred Anatolians, but are often born due to the lack of responsibility on the part of the owners of purebred Anatolians. Our organization is comprised of ASD owners, both working and pet homes. We have joined together in an effort to help homeless and displaced Anatolians find a new lease on life. NASRN works with owners who are no longer able to, or no longer wish to, keep their Anatolians, in placing them in more suitable homes. We cannot, however, place a dog for an owner who is asking a fee or selling their ASD. We also work directly with shelters in pulling dogs from facilities and placing them either in foster care or directly into new homes. Further, we are committed to helping Anatolians and their crosses, regardless of age or health condition. We will offer and provide assistance to ASD and other Livestock Guardian (LGD) breed owners who are having problems with their dogs, in an effort to keep the dog in its present home. We offer ongoing support to our adopting families to help them with any problems they may experience with their ASD. When able to, we will work with other Livestock Guardian rescue groups to help place other Livestock Guardian breeds into new homes.

Richmond SPCA

Richmond
Virginia

info@richmondspca.org(804) 643-6785
The Richmond SPCA is a non-profit, no-kill humane organization founded in 1891. We are dedicated to the simple principle that every life is precious. The Richmond SPCA is a national leader in humane care and education. We embrace the principles of the no-kill philosophy and are dedicated to providing uncompromising care for animals. The Richmond SPCA is not affiliated with any other private animal welfare organization or SPCA. However, because we regularly transfer pets from local municipal agencies into our care, we bring in more than 70 percent of our homeless pets from a variety of surrounding animal welfare organizations. The remaining 30 percent are composed of owner surrenders. In a single year, we save the lives of more than 3,000 orphaned dogs and cats. The Richmond SPCA operates the Clinic for Compassionate Care, a full-service veterinary clinic. We also offer a variety of services, including a behavior helpline, pet behavior classes, children's educational programs, a pet pantry, affordable wellness clinic, numerous volunteer programs, pet retention programs, feral cat resources and companionship programs.

Millington Animal Safe Haven Canine Rescue - MASH

Tennessee
38053
Millington Animal Safe Haven is a group of volunteers in Millington, Tennessee and the surrounding areas who are devoted to loving and saving dogs! Dogs are special beings that God placed here to be "man's best friend". They give unconditional love to humans all over the world! We welcome those that want to participate in our mission to love, save, heal and find a "forever home" for each of our rescued pups. We foster them in our homes so we know their personalities and where they will fit in with a new family! MASH pledges to always tell the absolute truth about our dogs ready for adoptionl!! Mission and Vision Statement: "A righteous man regards the life of his animals." (Proverbs 12:10) The Millington Animal Safe Haven 2020 Vision carries with it promise and devotion to the dogs we save and care for in our homes and at MASH. This vision is based on the work of our body of volunteers. MASH is supported by every volunteer's pledge to dog rescue and our individual actions are freely given to achieve our belief that we have a duty to provide loving and humane care and treatment for one of God's great gifts to mankind, the devoted and loyal family dog. Our Vision will be accomplished through the following: I. Establish a site to provide safe haven; a place for secure intake of rescued dogs where love is given as each dog's specific needs are identified and care is given as work is done to find each dog a "forever home". II. Secure a place for Millington Animal Safe Haven's rescued dogs, volunteer workers and prospective families to come together. A place where life is positive, uplifting and fun. A comfortable environment for people and dogs to play, meet and greet. III. M.A.S.H. will work to raise public awareness by communications, fundraising, public functions, adoption days and working in coordination with other local groups in the City of Millington and the surrounding areas to advance the needs of dogs identified by this mission. We will focus on providing humane treatment and "forever" homes for the rescued dogs in need. Millington Animal Safe Haven-MASH will work to increase sponsorships, donations and build the number of volunteers/foster homes to care for the needy dogs now and in the future.

A SafeFurr Place Animal Rescue

California
93308
info@asafefurrplace.com
A SafeFurr Place (ASP) is a newly founded animal rescue based in Kern County, Ca (Bakersfield) dedicated to rescuing abandoned and unwanted dogs in local high-kill shelters. Our pets are usually malnourished, broken spirited and sometimes not even potty-trained; after a few months and some TLc they are ready to find their forever homes. It all started with a impromptu trip to the local shelter where I witnessed appalling conditions and decided right then I needed to make a difference. We are still within our first year but have made great progress, have helped many dogs and touched many hearts already.
