The Fayette County Humane Society (FCHS) was founded in 1973. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supported entirely by individual and corporate donations. We are staffed entirely by volunteers.

Focusing on Papillons others might think are unadoptable, Pap 911 Rescue uses nutrition, both traditional and alternative medical care, patience and love to heal the abused body and bruised soul. As founder and director of Pap 911, my primary concern is always the care of our dogs. I also oversee paperwork and social media.
