Dawn and I (Charity) have worked in the rescue community for over two decades. We decided to start our own non-profit in order to run things how we thought best fit our morals. We want to save as many as we can from the streets and abusive situations. We work closely with multiple rescues, shelters, and barns to vet, rehab, and place these kitties.

HART’s mission is to rescue homeless animals, saving them from euthanization, abandonment, and abuse with the goal of placing them in forever homes. Our rescue animals are housed in foster homes. We do not have a physical location. We can be reached easiest by email. All HART animals receive: Top notch veterinarian care All currently needed vaccinations Specialized treatment and surgeries as needed 24 Pet Watch Microchips Spay / neuter of all animals HART members share the same goal to save, spay/neuter, love, and find them forever homes. HART is a 100% volunteer, non-profit 501c3 charity organization with no paid staff. All donations are tax deductible and will directly benefit the animals.

We are the only no-kill Humane Society in Ottawa County, Ohio. We care for abused, abandoned and neglected animals and find them new loving forever homes.

We are set up to rescue and provide support for other small rescues for medical needs

TRHAP is 100% volunteer and 100% foster based 501c3. We formed in 2014 to help animals in all forms of need. We help private owners who cannot keep their animals, pull dogs from high kill shelters. We take animals that have been brought into a vet for illness/injury and if the owner cannot afford the treatment and want them euthanized, our vet offers them an alternative to reach out to us to give the dog a chance at recovery and finding it the best home. We take animals to Ohio State Veterinary Hospital anytime our vet recommends for advanced diagnostics, care or treatment.

We fill the GAP between Homeless and Forever. GAP is a foster based group serving central Ohio. We are passionate about rescuing animals and finding FURever homes

Fees very depending on species, health, age, breed desirability. This last item is because we fund ourselves mainly through adoptions. And we provide all spay neuter, shots and microchipping in advance of adoption.

I have been here for almost 10 years. My job is: adoptions, signing ppl up for sx and wellness clinic, keeping the employees performing their duties, and making sure the cats and kittens are taken care of.

HARLEQUIN HAVEN GREAT DANE RESCUE MISSION STATEMENT To educate people about spay/neuter and the need for sterilization of all pets, proper health care of a pet, and nutritional requirements. To promote humane principles, to protect homeless, abandoned, and mistreated Great Danes, and other animals as space allows. To work with animal shelters and humane societies to protect Great Danes. To locate life-long homes for the homeless Great Danes and any other animal in our care.
