We are a Chihuahua and Dachshund rescue. Our goal is to rescue dogs from the low income, out of space shelters. Our passion is to care for dogs, vet the dogs, and guide the dogs to a well matched forever home. We do this because we care about the welfare of dogs. Every dog deserves a warm, safe place to lay his or her head.

We are a rescue sanctuary that provides a safe haven for special needs animals and adoptable pets.

Little Orphan's is the only rescue offering low cost spay/neuter assistance and TNR of feral cats in Marquette County, WI. The driving force behind our services is the unacceptable numbers of cats and dogs euthanized in United States shelters each year. We are staffed by unpaid volunteers who work non-stop to aid all the animals in need that we are able to.

To utilize every opportunity to assist a Doberman in need, regardless of situation, age or health concerns; to ensure their health and happiness, and place them in loving forever homes; To assist and educate current Doberman owners, potential adopters and the general public on the Doberman Pinscher breed.

Labrador Education And Rescue Network (L.E.A.R.N.) is an all volunteer non-profit 501(c)3 organization committed to placing abandoned and unwanted Labrador Retrievers in new homes. L.E.A.R.N. serves Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. L.E.A.R.N. also concentrates on educating adopters and the public on the importance of spaying/neutering, training and the humane treatment of dogs.

Orphan Animal Rescue & Sanctuary, Inc. is a no-kill, volunteer-run nonprofit organization that is dedicated to changing the lives of homeless pets and helping people in need in Northeast Wisconsin. We were formed by a small group of animal lovers in the Fox Valley in September, 2008. We are a small network of foster-care homes and an Adoption Center that takes in abandoned, neglected and abused homeless animals, primarily from other rescues and shelters. We care for these pets in our homes until they are adopted, or, if they require lifelong care, we provide them sanctuary. Our mission is to save the lives of homeless animals, one at a time. We provide compassion, love and the highest quality of care for each animal, in a comfortable environment. We give any extra care and nurturing that is needed for those pets who may otherwise be deemed unadoptable—the shy, the sick, the orphaned, the injured, the abused, the neglected, the unwanted misfits. All donations go directly to the pets: to buy the food, supplies, medications and veterinary treatments for the homeless animals in our care. We work tirelessly to ensure a better future for the homeless pets of Wisconsin. We will change the world, one pet and one person at a time.

We are a group of long time Great Dane owners focusing on rehoming Danes in need and public education. We do it because we love the breed. I personally have been in Danes and rescue work for over 30 years.

Happy Endings is a 501(c)3 non-profit, no kill organization that has been in existence since 1994. It is run solely by volunteers. Our mission is to find permanent homes for strays, abused or unwanted animals that are either brought in to us or rescued off the street. Happy Endings provides a safe haven for all cats, including; feral, stray, abused, neglected and or critically injured animals. We nurse those who are sick back to health and provide a home for all animals until they are ready to be adopted. No animal is ever euthanized by Happy Endings for convenience sake, but, only when, in a veterinarian's professional opinion is in a state of terminal suffering.

We are a small group, headed by a dog trainer and a pet groomer who want to help small breed dogs that find themselves without a home. Maureen and I both worked at a Human Society were they Euthanized for space, temperment, health even including ringworm. We did not agree with a lot of the awefull things we saw and decided to start our own no kill rescue (except for pain and suffering)We take in dogs and puppies into our own homes and provide their vet care and altering. We take care of any medical issues even treating for parvo. We have been very successful with treatments. Since this is our home the dogs we take must get along with other dogs, cats and children use to pets. The rescue dog then gets started on training from the moment it comes and gets to join our own family pack of well adjusted dogs. This is a great help in their development. We both have fenced yards. We also do corrective training depending on how bad for food aggression, toy agression and just any issues they may have. We do not take a rescue that we do not think we can help because the animal will stay for life if not adopted. We also take mill dogs and these are a challenge and a long process. We cannot take large quanities at his time because we have several old dogs and a few that have not adopted for life. When they have lifed their life out naturally a space opens up. IF we have a purbreed we do try to get them into a purbreed rescue because their adoption chances are higher and they know how to work with their breed specifics.
