At Valley Dog Rescue of Texas, we are dedicated to rescuing abandoned, neglected,  and abused animals from the Valley of South Texas. We strive to provide medical care, emotional healing, and placement into permanent loving homes for these animals in need.

The Taylor County SPCA is a 501(c)(3) foster-based animal rescue in Central Kentucky. We are run entirely by volunteers who dedicate their time to rescuing animals in need. Our rescue provides safe and loving foster homes for animals until they are ready to find their forever families! We also provide support to the community via our low-cost spay/neuter voucher program.

We are a husband and wife team that have devoted our lives to animals. I am a veterinary technician and have been doing rescue and fostering since I was 16. We live on a farm in North Salem and have been rescuing animals for years as part of our farm sanctuary and recently decided to make it official so we can expand and help more animals and adopt out animals to the right home if applicable. We have horses, Goats, Sheep, Chickens, Ducks, Cats, Dogs, Guinea Pigs and a gecko. While we have been taking in rescues for years, we began this venture with our first sad, neglected guinea pig, Nibbles- his story was the same as most--kid wants guinea pig, promises to take care of it, parents get guinea pig, kid loses interest, parents don't want to take care of it, guinea pig sits alone and neglected in a dirty cage until they finally decide to give it away. We adopted a friend for him, but as un neutered males, they did not get along and instead lived in a duplex so they didn't have to share. My daughter loved her Guinea Pigs so much, she got a female at her father's house. I knew it wouldn't be long before we would end up taking her. Now we had 3 Guinea Pigs that could not be housed together and our house began to look like a pet store and the piggies looked like they were in prison. We ended up building a Coop outside for them with an edible garden, had the boys neutered and put them all together and it was so heartwarming to see how happy they were! As soon as I mentioned what we were doing to a few people, we took in 6 Guinea Pigs within a week. It was then that we realized what a need there is for a guinea pig rescue, as they are so often forgotten and are purchased and discarded like barbie dolls. We also have been taking chickens and ducks and are putting in a quarantine barn for larger barnyard animals. So there it began... we Primarily take critical care, special needs, senior and pregnant animals as I am a retired technician and have the experience to care for them that many other rescues do not. Those animals that are unadoptable have a forever home in our sanctuary, and those that are adoptable stay until we find the absolute perfect home for them. We are currently up to 16 Sanctuary Guinea Pigs and 14 ICU Guinea Pigs, and have taken in 14 ducklings, a rooster and a cat with premature kittens that she rejected since we began our venture (aside from the 53 animals we rescued prior to becoming incorporated). I just need a better way to keep track of everyone and I have tried a couple of different software programs and am not happy with them.

My name is Leia Dudek, I am the founder of Dogs Eye View Rescue Inc. The idea for this organization started several years ago when I acquired my first foster dog through my current job at an animal hospital. Over the next few years, after fostering and placing multiple fosters into their forever homes, I realized my passion for saving unwanted dogs. With some help from friends and family, this organization was created in 2021. We are a 501(c)3 organization.

All breed dog rescue working with partner reaches and shelters to help dogs both near and far. We rescue all breeds ages and sizes place in foster homes and then adopt to permanent homes.

The Ripley County Humane Society is a no kill animal shelter that provides quality care and shelter to strays, abused, injured or unwanted dogs and cats, in a clean, safe, nurturing, cost effective environment, resulting in securing forever homes regardless of the amount of time involved in the effort.

We are a small local non-profit organization helping the local abused, neglected, and abandoned dogs.

Our mission is to rescue animals from unfortunate situations and empower members of the community to foster animals until the pet is ready for placement in their forever home. We work with a few foster homes who take in animals that are neglected, abused and in desperate need of help. We will also work with families who have chosen to rehome their pet if they are willing to foster until the best home is found. We are all volunteers who believe that no matter how small a group, you can always make a difference.

Second Chance for Strays is a no-kill animal rescue in Pinellas County. We find homes for pets that other animal shelters have given up on. Since 1999, our small non-profit organization has worked to rescue as many strays from Pinellas County animal shelters as we possibly can.

We are a small foster home based group that helps dogs and cats in our shelters and community find a loving home.

We are a municipal animal shelter for the City of Las Vegas. We contract with our county to provide animal services. We are a small shelter and are constantly full and trying to rehome as many friendly, happy, adoptable dogs as we can. We have not had to euthanize for space but our numbers are making it difficult to keep on. Our staff are dedicated and caring.

Our mission is: Since 1969, our mission has been to prevent cruelty, abuse, neglect, and overpopulation of companion animals while seeking adoption of these animals into compatible homes, and teaching humane awareness and respect for all life, thus helping to build a better community. We are contracted by Portage County to provide Humane Officer services and intake and care for all domestic animals. We have five humane officers. We provide education to schools on dog safety and other pet related topics.

4 Paws Sake PA educates, reunites, connects, and rescues. We do this by helping to educate the public by building community awareness and partnering with other animal focused nonprofits that by choosing to work together we can help save more lost, neglected, abused, and forgotten animals. We hope to create a kinder, gentler world for our area's animals with compassion, kindness, and a safe place to heal and grow while finding them a positive fur-ever home.
