My name is Amanda I am a mother of 4 and a wife I am also a dog trainer I got started in rescue 8 years ago when I worked not agree with the way they handled things so I was determined to open my own rescue and do better. We take in unwanted and displaced animals get them current on vaccines spade and neutered if age appropriate otherwise app wise after adoption dogs are contracted to be fixed by the age of 6 months which we pay for. We take in sick animals when we can and animals that need training and place them into homes.

Hello, I first became interested in saving dogs when I learned about euthanasia practices at the shelters. That was 2012. I started saving dogs then from shelters, bringing them home, getting them medical treatment, and later doing pet adoptions at Petco in Denton for about a year, with another rescue. Now I have a small independent rescue at my home. My husband and I do all the work and fund it all. We are set up for inside and outside areas for the dogs. We started out with the bully breeds but we are not breed specific and currently also have some littles for adoption. I do it because I can't stand to see suffering dogs, and I help whenever I can. So many are thrown away. I do what I can to make their lives better.

Kilroy Kares Animal Rescue was started in 2015 after the passing of my father who joined me in his love for animals. Giving a voice to the voiceless, KKAR rescues, educates, trains, fosters, adopts, as well as participates in local TNR and colony feeding.

PALNV partners with TNR trappers and cat colony feeders to take in adoptable cats facing homelessness on the streets. The cats become our residents when they arrive at our free-roaming cat café and stay until adopted. The café provides a relaxing atmosphere where people and cats mingle and perfect matches are made.

Hunter Hollow is the only Bunny exclusive shelter based rescue in Central New York. We are only 6 years old but will serve over 300 bunnies this year.

My rescue partner and I were both in the military and I am a teacher. It is really important for both of us to educate people on spay/neutering and training dogs. We rescue so many dogs out in the desert that have been dropped off. We spend a lot of time trapping scared dogs. We are foster based and all of our dogs remain with the foster family until adopted.

As an active Animal Rescue Service since 2016, Tucson Central Animal Rescue is committed to providing amazing homes to all our nursery pets that come into our care. Today, Tomorrow, Forever Animal Rescue (TTFAR) Today, Tomorrow, Forever Animal Rescue (TTFAR) is an all-volunteer, 501c3 non-profit organization committed to helping abandoned, discarded, or otherwise homeless animals in need from shelters in Southern California. TTFAR was created by a group of experienced and dedicated cat rescuers who wished to change the overwhelming problem of far too many homeless and at-risk kittens in local shelters. While in our care, these pets receive physical and medical treatments, and human socialization with the goal of finding them an appropriate forever family and home. The Adoption Process TTFAR has an application each potential adopter needs to fill out. This will help us help you choose the right pet for you and your family. After your application has been approved, a meet and greet will be scheduled so you and your family can meet your potential new pet. At this time, the pet’s foster can give you more information about him or her. Depending on the pet and situation, a home check may be scheduled to determine if there are any inadvertent dangers in your home. We want to make sure you, your family, and the pet are the best fit possible as this is a commitment for the animal’s lifetime. TTFAR, Volunteers, and an Increasing Need TTFAR has volunteers with the knowledge and abilities to foster kittens and cats who need time to grow, develop, and heal before they are ready to find their forever family and home. Underage kittens are the most euthanized group of animals in the shelter system. With too many kittens arriving at the shelters with too few resources to care for these babies, help is needed. Though our focus is on cat and kitten rescue, our fosters have experience with puppies and dogs and as our rescue grows, you may see a few cold noses popping up from time to time.

Our Mission LAPS will provide shelter for homeless, adoptable dogs and cats in Laredo and Webb County until they can be successfully adopted into permanent homes; address the dog and cat overpopulation crisis by helping to provide affordable spay/neuter services to the community; and, working to eliminate animal cruelty and neglect through education.

We are a small rescue that focuses on dachshunds and dachshund mixes. The original founders of RMDR all have dachshunds of our own and love the breed. Dachshunds have special needs and we do our best to do whatever it takes to meet the needs.

All volunteers, president, small group, concentrates on small Senior and hard to place, injured, abused and abandoned doggies. Most come from local animal shelters.
