I am Lori Moses the president. I run the daily operations of the rescue. I started in 2018 fostering fire another rescue, once my kids were grown I knew I wanted to start my own rescue. I have always loved animals, the German Shepherd has always been my breed. My experience with them is the foundation on which the rescue rests.

We are a 100% foster based organization. We take in dogs from high kill shelters, dumped dogs, breeder releases and some owner surrenders

We are an all-volunteer, all-foster home based, not-for-profit, no kill animal rescue organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for animals in the D/FW area. We provide temporary foster care and medical attention for homeless animals until permanent homes can be found.

The Dog House Rescue is the pet project of two dog lovers that wandered into a municipal animal shelter to pick up one new family member and left with seven. Like much of the public, we had mistakenly believed that most shelters are able to provide a no-kill haven for homeless animals. Due to overcrowding, the euthanasia rate at one facility alone is 80%. With the average dog having less than one week to find an adopter, it is easy to find great dogs who were simply born in an unfortunate geographic area. We exist to help bridge the gap between loving homes seeking good citizen companions and good natured dogs looking for an opportunity to show their stuff. Those that have found themselves in a shelter through no fault of their own and would otherwise be euthanized for space are given medical treatment, spayed/neutered, and obedience trained so that they may continue to be good citizens in their forever families. Our adoption process begins with an application painting a picture of the adopter’s preferences and capabilities and moves forward with meet and greets. Adopters get to know their future family member and we enjoy learning about each individual’s hopes and dreams for their new friend. With a match made and personal chemistry being mutual, the adoption contract is finalized and hand offs are celebrated with a free training session. This complimentary hour with a professional trainer, already well known to each dog, helps owners to speak their loved one’s language and provides an additional point of contact for any questions that may arise in the future. All residents at The Dog House are considered family for life. We understand that personal tragedies happen. If a Dog House member is ever unable to continue in their adopted home, they are welcomed back with open arms. Having already survived the shelter once, our promise to them is to never be homeless again.

At Beacon of Hope Animal Rescue, every animal is valued and deserves a loving, permanent home. Have A Heart Dog Rescue & Adoption is a licensed 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue of companion animals that have limited time and are at risk for euthanasia in high kill shelters. We save these animals from their dire circumstances and place them into loving foster homes until we find their forever homes. Have A Heart Dog Rescue & Adoption is not an ordinary rescue. We do not specialize in a specific breed, or rescue only dogs that are in high demand. We focus on the dogs in eminent danger or at risk of being euthanized in high kill shelters regardless of breed or demand. We save the dogs that have been left behind and truly need our help.

His Eye Is on the Sparrow Animal Recuse specializes in finding Forever Homes for homeless cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies. Our ministry is based on Matthew 10:29 "not one animal is forgotten in God's sight." We care for these forgotten pets and match them with homes that are willing to make these dogs and cats a loving part of their family forever. In addition to running our Rescue, our founder and managing director is an ordained pastor leading a United Methodist Church in the northeastern part of the Greater Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. Our animals are saved from kill-shelters and other dangerous situations. We provide them with shelter, food, veterinary care, love and attention. The animals you adopt from us will be fully vetted, up to date on vaccinations, flea control, de-wormed, and micro-chiped.

Pits & Pals K9 Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (status pending) located in Sacramento, CA. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and place stray, neglected, and shelter dogs with loving, responsible companions. We do not discriminate on age, breed, or ease of placement. Rather, we choose dogs based on temperament and potential to be wonderful companions. Before each dog can be adopted, they are evaluated for temperament, sterilized, microchipped, and their shots are updated. We are a fully volunteer-run and foster-based rescue. Adoption fees and donations are used to cover veterinary expenses, food, supplies, medication, and other necessary expenses. We rely on the support of our incredible fosters, volunteers, and donations from our generous community. Join us in our efforts to give these dogs a second chance at life and a loving forever home.
