ACAC is a small rural shelter adopting out animals. We provide services such as adoption, owner support, education etc.

We have been inspected by the Department of Agriculture and approved as an animal care facility. One of our goals is to help homeless animals become a part of loving families forever. Another is to make sure that all animals adopted from us are spayed/ neutered to decrease animal over- population. We also help speak out for animals against their mistreatment. Our pets are kept in foster homes so that they become accustomed to living in a home and receive the training and attention they need until finding their forever homes. For every animal adopted we can rescue another in need and start training and medical evaluation. About Mary is the creator of 4 Paws of the 4 States. She has attended 3 semesters of the Veterinary Technology Program at Crowder College. She has worked with rescue organizations since 2007 and loved animals since childhood. Demi's Animal Rescue was started by Demi Merritt when she was 14 years old. She is now about 19 years old and pushing Demi's Animal Rescue harder than ever. She has a strong passion for moving Colorado closer to no kill. She likes to focus on the more difficult animals and fully rehabilitate them both physically and emotionally before placement.

P.A.W.S. (Precious Animal Welfare Society) of Michigan is a 501 (c) (3), all-volunteer group that promotes the humane, compassionate, and responsible treatment of all animals. It is our mission to protect and care for homeless animals by placing them with loving foster families until compatible permanent homes can be found, and to engage in benevolent and charitable activities to support this goal.
