Hope For China Dogs Rescue

9000 Cynthia St #208
West Hollywood
California
90069
info@hopeforchinadogsrescue.org(303) 667-7622
At Hope for China Dogs, we are committed to combating the cruel and inhumane practice of the dog meat trade in China. We believe that every dog deserves to live a life free from pain and suffering, which is why we are dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating dogs who have been victims of this trade. Our mission is to provide a safe haven for these dogs, promote education and awareness around the dog meat trade, and advocate for its abolition. We work closely with our volunteers in China to rescue dogs from slaughterhouses, meat markets & trucks, and other dangerous situations, and bring them to immediate safety in China. From there we address any immediate medical needs, and begin the process of flying them to the US where we find their loving forever homes. Through our work, we save lives, end suffering, and bring happiness to dogs and humans. We ultimately hope to bring an end to the dog meat trade, and create a more compassionate world for all dogs and animals.

Mary's Meow Rescue is the heart-mission of just two ol’ ladies whose soft spot is for defenseless, newborn kittens that still need bottle-feeding. We have been rescuing kittens for a combined 31 years, but we cannot do this without the support of our local community. We have a way for everyone to help in whatever way works for you. We welcome you to join us and support our efforts because every kitten matters ~ SHARE Let’s let people know who we are… PLEASE share our posts whenever you can and as often as you can! DONATE We have lots of ways for you to support us… through PayPal, Venmo, Cash app, and our Amazon and Chewy wish lists, all of which are found here below: CashApp: $marysmeowrescue PayPal: @Marysmeow Venmo: @Marysmeow https://www.chewy.com/g/marys-meow-rescue_b108121843#wish-list&wishlistsortby=AVAILABILITY https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/YPPCRZKTTXJU/ref=hz_ls_biz_ex http://www.marysmeow.org/ JOIN US We could always use help cleaning, transporting to Yakima and the Seattle area, and hosting our booth at upcoming events in the community! Reach out to us via email at marysmeow@yahoo.com for more information. ADOPT Currently, we are listed via Adopt a Pet. Link below! Our adoption fee is $150, and this will include the spay/neuter, first vaccinations, microchip, and rabies (if old enough at adoption). https://www.adoptapet.com/shelter193411-cats.html CURRENT DONATION NEEDS • Blankets (heated are also taken) • Formula • Toys • Food WANT TO FOSTER? We are currently seeking compassionate individuals to provide temporary foster homes for kittens in need. As you may know, neonatal kittens require round-the-clock care and attention, and without foster homes, they may not receive the specialized care they need to thrive. By fostering a kitten, you can make a significant difference in their lives, providing them with a safe and nurturing environment until they are old enough to be adopted into permanent homes. If you have the time, space, and love to spare, please consider becoming a foster parent to a kitten in need. Your kindness and generosity can help save lives and give these kittens the chance they deserve.

Pet Adoption & Welfare Services of OK

Oklahoma City
Oklahoma
73162
pawsokrescue@gmail.com
I started PAWS-OK in 2008 with a vet friend. Prior to that, I had volunteered at the local shelter and then with another rescue before i struck out on my own. Over 90% of our rescues come from private citizens but also, on occasion take medical cases from local shelters. Every cat who comes into our hands is S/N before adoption and offer free s/n & vacs to community cats with or pregnant with, kittens before being returned to their caretakers. Our organization is very small and all rescues are fostered in volunteer homes until they are ready to go to our Adoption Center. We check out all our potential adopters to verify living arrangements (rent, owns etc) and call their vets to confirm s/n status of existing pets and record of care (UTD on vaccs & seen annually for wellness exams). Our minimum age to adopt is 21. Our contract requires cats be indoor only pets and that the owners will not declaw them. Currently we have placed approx 1600 cats.

Cats Breathe Cat Rescue & Sanctuary

1581 E. Mendocino st
California
91001
sallyfromthevalley0888@gmail.com(909) 643-9364
Our mission is to reduce feline suffering by providing housing for homeless, abused, neglected and abandoned cats rescued from municipal shelters, sterilizing stray and feral cats to reduce overpopulation, and providing necessary medical treatment. We are also a long-term facility that houses unwanted and unadoptable cats, and assists people who need help keeping their pets during difficult life situations. 11. We are a no-kill facility, meaning we only euthanize animals that are in untreatable pain or suffering from disease. Our goal is to place every adoptable cat or kitten in our care in a loving forever home. 12. Our Adoption Program seeks to rehabilitate and find homes for homeless cats. We offer services for former cat owners who need to surrender their cats for personal reasons, as well as for new cat owners who are interested in adopting a cat. 13. Our Spay/Neuter Program provides free or discounted spay/neuter services for cats owned by anyone in our service area. Our typical clients are of low-income and unable to afford these services on their own. 14. The Sanctuary Program offers free cat boarding to people who require temporary housing for their pets. Our typical clients include veterans at the local VA Hospital, individuals checking into substance abuse treatment centers, or individuals undergoing cancer treatments or in homeless shelters. 15. We have our Foster Care Network, which we use to provide temporary homes for cats in need. 16. We also fundraise and host community events, as well as offer educational classes to teach responsible pet ownership. We require new cat parents to complete a set of courses before they can take kitty home. 17. We also have a Fire Cat and Natural Disaster Rescue Program to help cats affected by these occurrences. 18. We accept all forms of donations to help us continue our mission.
