We at NOKHS are dedicated to improve the lives of companion animals in our community and finding permanent and loving adoptive homes for the cats and dogs in our care. We provide a safe haven for animals in transition, serve as advocates for animals and their people, work to end animal overpopulation and educate the public about compassion and responsibility towards all animals. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that does not receive any government funding and relies on the good will and generosity of individuals, corporations, and adopters.

Indian Summers Border Collie Rescue is a Support Program for the Ohio American Indian Council, Inc. founded in Ohio in 1982, a non profit for charity org. Dr. Victoria Summers, a 50 veteran of rescue, is the co-founder and executive director of Indian Summers Border Collie Rescue, a 30 dog fully operative rescue faculty on sight and A Place of Hope Sr. Dog and Hospice care shelter. WE RESCUE ANIMALS FROM SEVERAL STATES AND FIND THEM LOVING FOREVER HOMES. WE DO IT BECAUSE WE LOVE ANIMALS

We strive to end the suffering of street births, one litter at a time through humane TNVR (trap/neuter/vaccinate/return). We pull viable kittens for socializing, vetting and adoption!

We are a small group of dedicated people who want to ensure the proper treatment and care of the animals that we are lucky enough to help along their journey. We pull take in surrenders and strays from the towns listed above as well as take dogs and cats from crowded shelters in the south that would otherwise be euthanized. We are here to educate our local community on the proper care for the animals we are helping to rehome. We also offer a safe haven program and often work with a domestic violence shelter in our community to temporarily house animals for those that have been displaced due to a crisis. We take animals in our community that have some severe medical issues that would otherwise not be taken care of to try to better the animals lives and find them a better home to go to once they have recovered. We work closely with our local law enforcement to help with cruelty and neglect cases as well.

We are small non-profit 501(c)(3) that rescues at-risk dogs from area shelters. We feel these dogs deserve a second chance so we rescue them, provide spay/neuter, full vetting and anything they need to help them find their forever home. Our team is a dedicated group that is dedicated to helping these dogs in need and determined to reduce the pet population and unnecessary euthanasia due to space.

The mission of NOVA Pets Alive is to enable shelters to save more lives. Our Vision is to eliminate the unnecessary killing of companion animals in shelters.

RLR saves abandoned dogs, and dogs with medical issues or behavioral issues with the goal of rehabilitation and adoption. And now with the addition of cats and kittens! While some of these animals may have faced euthanasia, we are here to help. We are a non-profit, volunteer run organization.

NACHS is a non-profit organization focused on helping make the world a better, happier place. With the help of our tireless staff, we organize fundraisers, community-building events, and in-depth training sessions for our volunteers.

Waldo's Rescue saves dogs from abuse, neglect and poverty. Each dog that we save is at risk for euthanasia. Waldo's works to educate the general public on animal communication, and to inform people of the 3-3-3 of rescue.

We are a shelter in rural New York that provides a home between homes for dogs and cats that need us. Whether their stay is for a few hours or for a few years, they are safe, loved and cared for here as long as they need us.

We are a non profit animal rescue who focuses mainly on dogs. Preferably the under dogs like bully breeds, older and medical. We help the ones who need it most and try to improve the lives of every dog we can.
